Purchases are covered by the guarantee of the right of withdrawal provided by the D.L. 01/15/1992 n. 50. Who wants to exercise this right can send - within 10 days from the receipt of the product - a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. EGEA will provide the necessary assistance to guarantee customer satisfaction, facilitating the return and making the possible replacement of the product.

The communication must be sent to:
EGEA S.p.A. Via Sarfatti, 25 - 20136 Milano 
with the indication of the product for which the right of withdrawal is exercided and the data necessary to make the bank transfer.
 
To obtain the refund, the client must send back the product together with the copy of the accompanying document to Egea. Egea will reimburse within 30 days from the receipt of the product by bank transfer.
